• college-des-ingenieursFIFIELD Paul

    Marketing & Strategy International Marketing

The former 'enfant terrible' of Marketing Strategy is officially a Baby Boomer and therefore has attained an air of gravitas, whilst remaining relevant. The gravitas is a result of having been submerged in Marketing and Strategy for over twenty years and understanding it. Testimony to the level of his understanding can be found in his book, 'Marketing Strategy' which he plans to re-write for children (very few changes needed) to take advantage of the improvement in average intelligence and the Harry Potter phenomenon. Paul's clients are loyal and enjoy the 'life-long learning' that comes with working with him. He is a natural born teacher and likes nothing better than sharing his knowledge with willing 'pupils' who work to a financial imperative. While Paul has the academic rigour expected, his forte is to take the theory and apply it only where necessary. Working with clients to create answers that work for them, sometimes outside the bounds of what's already known. Paul asks difficult questions that have a powerful effect. He is stimulating and challenging to work with, but provides value for money by pushing company strategies years ahead to where the market awaits. If you and your organisation need some strategic adrenaline, Paul Fifield can do it for you. And the small print: Dr Fifield has three children and lives in Winchester. His mother tongue is English, he is fluent in French and has a working knowledge of Dutch. He holds a degree in Business Studies as well as an MBA and a PhD in Marketing Strategy, both from Cranfield University. He was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) in 1988 and since 1999 has been President of the CIM's South East region. In 2001, Paul was elected to the International Board of Trustees (IBT) of the CIM. He is a member of the Marketing Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (FRSA).
