To be selected to join this Action Learning CDI programme, you must be a masters level graduate in Science or Engineering with up to (but not exceeding 2yrs) professional experience. Candidates are selected on how well they present their professional qualities during (a panel) interview not on his/her CV.
Candidates are selected by the interview panels’ unanimous decision.
The selection of candidates is based on recruiting the very the best available; therefore there are no quotas set by:
- Nationality
- University previously attended
- Gender
- Profession
- In-company assignment (quality)
CDI guarantees to:
- Select among candidates professionally and with integrity
- Control the quality of the qualification by not issuing their qualifications to Fellows/candidates who are unable to deliver the professional standards required.
- Refund the partner/client company when the selection process has failed and a fellow is unable to deliver the professional standards the course requires.
- Ensure fellows are available to the partner/client companies, as contracted.
Fellows can only be successful by demonstrating their ability to integrate the academic learning (of the course) into the operation of the partner/client companies.
The MBA consists of 420 hours of theory, practice and case studies in management, alternated with 26 weeks of management consultancy practice in the funding organisations.
Fundamental professional management behaviours influence the fellows qualification, poor attendance and punctuality will result in no degree being awarded.
Masterclasses are presented by current CEO’s of renowned European companies as part of the CDI MBA programme.
