One of the Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI) competitive advantages is the use of action learning for engineers and scientists.

For more than 15 years , large industrial companies asked the CDI to conceive and develop tailor-made executive programs for young and confirmed managers. Specialist of leadership, the Collège des Ingénieurs developped a unique expertise on international basis.

In 2008, the CDI opened a Leadership Center in Paris. Its actions are :
