Innovazione e Imprenditorialità : quale ruolo per i giovani talenti ?

Giovedi 19 Aprile, si è tenuto a Torino presso la sede dell’Unimanagement un incontro organizzato dagli allievi italieni del programma MBA del Collège des Ingénieurs sul tema "Innovation e Impenditorialità : quale ruolo per i giovani talenti ?" , in occasione della presenza in Italia di tutti gli oltre partecipanti al programma provenienti da diversi Paesi europei.

Le Collège des Ingénieurs et l’Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle épinière ont signé une convention de coopération scientifique.

Mr. Peter Bauer, the CEO of Infineon Technologies AG visited the Collège des Ingénieurs and spent an evening with our fellows in Munich.
Infineon is a 4 Billion Euro leading semiconductor company with 27 000 employees worldwide. Mr Bauer explained Infineon's brief but turbulent past and how Infineon managed to become a less volatile company.  In a vivid discussion with all fellows and throughout the following dinner, Mr. Bauer explained how Infineon focused on mobility, efficiency and security to prepare for the coming challenges, namely population growth, megacities, limited energy and emerging markets.

Jan 31 (Reuters) - Fiat Chairman John Elkann said on Tuesday shrinking European 2012 car sales "requires us to rethink" Fiat's strategy on how to move forward.

According to a copy of a speech made Tuesday at the College des Ingenieurs in Munich, Elkann said the current crisis is "even bigger" than the one in 2008 that lead to Fiat's partnership with U.S. automaker Chrysler.

"And when things were finally stabilizing, in 2011 along came another even bigger crisis with the European markets at a new low ebb in terms of car sales," said Elkann, who is Fiat's controlling shareholder.

Citing Italians buying few cars in 2012 than they did in 1985, he said "this requires us to rethink again, very carefully, what we can do and how we will move forward."

76 Fellows aus unseren drei Standorten Italien, Frankreich und Deutschland haben sich zu einer intensiven Seminarwoche im Kloster Kartause Ittingen in der Schweiz zusammengefunden. Unterrichtet von Professor Fickert und Dr. Becker standen die Themen Management Accounting und Controlling im Mittelpunkt. Case studies und Lektures, Unternehmensanalysen und das Arbeiten mit Controllingtools in Kleingruppen bereiten die Ingenieure auf ihre zukünftige Rolle im Management vor. In Zusammenarbeit mit Fellows die 15 Nationalitäten repräsentieren sind fachliche Herausforderungen genauso zu meistern wie Aneignung von interkultureller Kompetenz und Soft-Skills in einem inspirierenden Rahmen des historischen Klosters.

Les équipes de recherche de l'UPMC ont fait le point avec la direction du Collège des Ingénieurs sur l'avancement du Programme "Science et Management" (2ème promotion). Cette réunion a été l'occasion de souligner l'intérêt renouvelé par les doctorants et leurs directeurs de thèse de promouvoir une formation mixte "Science et Management". Que ce soit dans la perspective d'une carrière purement académique ou d'une formation par la recherche en vue d'une évolution dans l'industrie, la formule du Programme "Science et Management" est une réussite.

The CDI organizes  a corporate "Learning  Expedition" in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

Each year, the CDI organizes several "Learning Expeditions" on behalf of some Corporate Universities. In order to train top managers to "think global", these corporate "Learning Expeditions" are dealing with the main topics of a specific region and its political, economical and cultural issues.

Thanks to its worlwide network, the CDI is able to fulfill this aim.
